Modern West Floral Company on Aspen 82's 'Talking Dirt' - starts at minute 18!
We are so thankful for this first bit of publicity as we launch our business this year, Modern West Floral Company! Aspen 82 is Aspen, Colorado's local TV station, and we were graciously invited by Michelle Sullivan of Aspen 82's 'Talking Dirt' show to do a little bit on giving life to arrangements made from your standard store-bought bouquets. Aspen, Colorado is a unique little mountain town with an amazing local population, and a LOT of visitors. Michelle, an Aspen realtor, said she sees so many people come into town either on vacation or to their second homes who run the local market dry of flowers, and she felt there must be a few tips we could give out that could help make that arrangement for your stay a little more special.
So, of course we jumped at the opportunity! There are so many easy tools and tips you can use at home to create beautiful, simple arrangements. Here in Colorado's cold winter our options are quite limited for local material, and for that reason we can't wait for spring:) These tips apply no matter what you're working with though, so we hope these little bits of advice help!
